    The comment form itself reports “An error occurred while saving the comment,” so this test page also exposes a failure in the feedback flow. That message should be captured and routed to whoever maintains the help site, rather than left as a dead-end for users.

    If sign-in is required to post, the help page should preserve the message through the login flow and return users to the same form afterward. Otherwise, they may have to recreate the feedback they were trying to submit.
