    Since this is labeled “testing,” it should be removed or clearly marked as an internal test once the form checks are done. Otherwise it stays in the public idea list and can be mistaken for a request from a customer.

    Requiring an account before someone can report a problem in the Help section adds friction at the point they’re asking for assistance. Let them submit without signing in, and include the help article’s URL automatically so support can see what they were reading.

    The page shows 3 votes by the title, but “1010 votes” near the bottom. That looks like a display or page-data issue; the count should be checked before treating this as a real suggestion.
