The voting controls appear to be rendering duplicate text: “Vote0 votesVoteVote” and “1010 votes” look like labels and counts running together. Check the vote widget’s markup or spacing so the controls and totals are clear.

Allowing feedback without a separate account would make the help section much easier to use. If sign-in is required, the form should say so before someone starts writing and preserve their message through the login flow, rather than making them re-enter it.

The rating flow says “You must login first!” and then “Your importance score has been recorded.” Those conflicting messages make it unclear whether a vote actually went through; the confirmation should only appear after a successful submission.
