    This entry lacks enough context to tell what “testing feedback from help site” refers to. A short description of which help page to test and what feedback users should submit would make it actionable.

    A feedback form embedded beside each help article could automatically include the article title and URL, so users don’t have to explain which instructions they’re commenting on. It would also give the support team enough context to reproduce a problem without asking for extra details.
